To guide the work of the SAPC the committee establishes an action plan on a regular basis. The action plan sets out what we aim to achieve by working collectively at a local level over the long term.
In this edition, we share updates on giving back to the community, along with an overview of the Aged Care reform in Australia and what it may mean for the individual, families and service providers.
