As part of Anti-Poverty Week 2026, the Shoalhaven Anti-Poverty Committee is
running the Shoalhaven Nourish & Nurture Drive from 7 September 2026 to 16 October 2026.
Our free tax help program is available from 21 July 2026 and we are taking bookings up to the end of October 2026. Our accredited volunteers help people lodge their tax returns online.

We are excited to officially launch our Neighbourhood Book Hub!
Our Street Library is now open for everyone – take a book, leave a book and enjoy sharing stories within our community.
Located at Unit 2/80 Park Road.

Please join us in celebrating the importance of Neighbourhood Centres providing a welcoming space where everyone can come together, share experiences and support one another.

Shoalhaven Neighbourhood Services are proud to celebrate the diversity of our communities and look forward to coming together to embrace and celebrate our unique backgrounds and stories. Please join us on Wednesday 18 March 2026.

We’re so grateful to everyone who contributed to Shoalhaven Anti-Poverty Committee’s Nourish and Nurture Drive. Your support helps make a real difference for people doing it tough across the Shoalhaven.

A weekly program to build a close relationship between grandparents and grandchildren. It is mutually beneficial when it comes to the health and well-being of both. Grandparents provide acceptance, patience, love, stability, wisdom, fun and support to their grandchildren. The program is open to children 0-5 years of age and their grandparents to share rhymes, songs, activities and stories together.

Have you been thinking about volunteering but not sure what or how you can make a difference in your community?
