The Fund has been established to provide small financial subsidies of up to $1,500.00 (GST exclusive) to eligible organisations and/or groups for initiatives that create opportunities for individuals, families and communities to participate in community projects to support them to connect with others and develop a sense of belonging.
To guide the work of the SAPC the committee establishes an action plan on a regular basis. The action plan sets out what we aim to achieve by working collectively at a local level over the long term.
