Maggie (not her real name) was just a toddler when she first came to Monkey Monday’s playgroup. Time flies and Maggie will be going to school next year.
While Maggie was coloring in numbers at Playgroup recently a support worker asked her how old she was. Maggie pointed to the number 4 and said, “I’ll be five in November then I will go to big school, and I won’t be able to come to Playgroup anymore”.
Monkey Mondays has given Maggie the social skills and confidence to be ready for school next year.
