
We provide social support to frail aged people over 65 and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders over 50, who need low-level assistance to continue living independently in the community
Our services are designed to meet your needs and will assist you to improve your health and wellbeing and may include accompanying you with shopping, home visits and/or helping you connect with your community.

We are able to provide services to people with an approved NDIS plan. Our services are tailored to meet your needs and help you achieve your NDIS dreams and goals
They may include assistance with accessing the community, social and community participation, group activities and helping you learn new skills in a variety of areas in your life.

We offer a wide range of social, training and support activities out of our two Neighbhourhood Centres which help residents learn new skills, run their own group or project or participate more fully in their community.
The Neighbourhood Centres are also a local resource for people to access computers, internet, photocopying services, showers, meeting rooms, book swap libraries and drop in information and referral services and supports.
Our Community Services team also work with partners to organise and run events which connect people.
